COME STUDY WITH US
There are many possibilities on the UCSC Campus Natural Reserve for internships, independent studies, theses and class or lab exercises. Many of our projects have been done as individual or group projects by students including the original design of the reserve, the Seep Zone Interpretive Trail, the Lower Moore Creek “FROG HEAVEN” restoration project, and the field guides we have for several groups of organisms. We are grateful to the students who gave their time and energy to help us care for our reserve and make it more useful to others.
There are also numerous opportunities for you to get involved with ongoing research projects or take the lead in initiating one through a faculty sponsored senior thesis or internship.
